Entry-Level Attorney Client Escalations Specialist

Job Overview:

A law firm seeks an entry-level attorney to join their team as a Client Escalations Specialist. This position will be responsible for managing and resolving client concerns related to bankruptcy cases, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and professionally. Duties:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients with escalated concerns about their bankruptcy cases.
• Review case files and communicate with clients to gather necessary details about their issues.
• Provide clear and accurate explanations of legal processes, offering clients a deeper understanding of the outcomes.
• Collaborate with case managers and paralegals to address client issues in accordance with the firm's standards.
• Draft professional correspondence to clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all written communication.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are resolved to their satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of client communications and escalation activities.
• Work with senior attorneys and management to find solutions to recurring client or operational challenges.
• Stay informed about trends in bankruptcy law and client service best practices.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the state bar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex legal matters for clients.
• Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine interest in helping clients navigate financial difficulties.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active bar membership required.
