• Maintain detailed case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in conducting thorough legal research and drafting high-quality legal documents.
• Strong oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Experience in negotiating and litigating family law cases is preferred but not required.
• A proactive and team-oriented approach to working in a fast-paced legal environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to practice law in the state of Georgia or eligible for admission.
