Duties:

• Manage discovery processes by drafting, reviewing, and responding to discovery requests
• Prepare legal documents such as motions and memoranda with accuracy
• Conduct background investigations to support case development
• Coordinate and manage meetings with clients, attorneys, and expert witnesses
• Perform detailed legal research to aid in case strategy and decision-making
• Review and analyze medical records to strengthen case arguments
• Write clear, concise case analyses and reports for clients

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in civil litigation defense
• Admission to the Illinois Bar (Missouri Bar admission is a plus)
• Strong legal writing and oral presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize a complex caseload
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Illinois Bar (required)
• Missouri Bar admission (preferred but not required)
