Antitrust/Competition Associate Attorney

A law firm based in Palo Alto is seeking an Antitrust/Competition Associate Attorney with a focus on transactional-based work. The ideal candidate will possess significant interest in or experience with merger reviews, with FTC/DOJ experience being a plus.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on antitrust laws and regulations.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to merger reviews.
• Participate in client meetings and provide legal counsel on antitrust matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on transactional-based work.
• Stay updated on developments in antitrust law and provide insights to the firm and clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar or eligibility for admission.
• 1-5 years of experience focusing on transactional-based work, preferably with a focus on antitrust and competition law.
• Strong understanding of antitrust laws and regulations.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar or eligibility for admission.
