Job Overview: A well-established personal injury law firm is seeking a full-time or part-time Associate/Trial Attorney to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to handle a variety of personal injury cases, including court appearances (mostly virtual), depositions, mediations/arbitrations, motion practice, client interaction, and trial preparation. The position is based in Westchester County, with most cases located in the four boroughs. Some remote work options are available.
