The ideal candidate will have superb writing and communication skills, with a preference for those holding technical degrees in chemistry, biology, or a related field. This role involves significant responsibilities in drafting legal briefs, managing fact and expert discovery, and handling complex Hatch Waxman litigation cases.

Duties:

  • Draft and review legal briefs, motions, and other litigation documents with precision and clarity.
  • Manage all aspects of fact and expert discovery, including planning, execution, and analysis.
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies for Hatch Waxman cases.
  • Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to support case development and strategy.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and hearings.
  • Collaborate with clients, expert witnesses, and other legal professionals to build strong cases.
  • Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with deadlines and procedural requirements.
  • Provide strategic advice and regular updates to clients on case progress and developments.

Requirements:

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Hatch Waxman litigation.
  • Proven track record of drafting legal documents and managing complex discovery processes.
  • Strong academic background and substantial law firm experience.

Education:
