This role involves representing clients in personal injury cases, providing compassionate legal support, and ensuring favorable outcomes through skilled trial representation and negotiations.

Duties

• Conduct client consultations, showcasing empathy and the ability to build trust and confidence.
• Maintain communication with clients regarding case updates, claims, demands, and offers.
• Liaise with insurance companies to discuss case statuses and settlements.
• Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court when required.
• Evaluate claims and develop strategic approaches to case handling.
• Exhibit strong negotiation skills for achieving optimal client outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment and work independently in an office setting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in litigation.
• Proven experience as a 1st chair trial attorney.
• Active membership in the Indiana Bar and good standing.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Indiana.
