Duties:

• Lead major patent and trade secret litigations, including drafting motions, taking depositions, and preparing for trial.
• Work closely with senior attorneys to formulate legal strategies and manage complex technology-related disputes.
• Prepare and argue substantive motions in court.
• Provide valuable assistance in trial preparation, including witness preparation and pretrial argument.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative legal strategies.
• Handle a variety of intellectual property disputes, with a focus on patent infringement and trade secrets.

Requirements:

• Law school graduation between 2017 and 2020.
• 4-7 years of litigation experience, specifically in intellectual property law.
• Strong skills in legal writing, drafting, and editing.
• Experience with trial preparation and litigation strategy is preferred.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, or computer science is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and in court settings.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to practice law in California (or ability to become admitted in California).
