Duties:

  • Assist in white collar defense and investigations, including handling regulatory proceedings and conducting internal investigations.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide support in complex legal matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing investigations and defense strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather information, provide legal advice, and manage case-related tasks.

  • Manage multiple cases and projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion of legal tasks.

  • Proven experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  • Strong academic credentials with a commitment to excellence.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
