Chicago office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 0-1 years of experience. The candidate will appear before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission and Illinois state courts for status calls and hearings. Prepare pleadings, discovery, demands, and responses. Draft deposition and medical summaries. Perform legal research and draft memoranda. Other duties as required. Law clerk experience is a plus. Must be a member of the Illinois Bar in good standing or candidate for November 17, 2022, Illinois Bar admission. Mock trial or moot court experience is recommended. Journal experience is a plus.

The candidate must have a JD from an accredited law school. Strong legal/persuasive writing skills. Must have the ability to clearly and effectively communicate. Must have the ability to work effectively on a small team.
