Duties

• Assist in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and other corporate transactions.
• Represent clients in various capital-raising initiatives.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of relevant experience in a large law firm.
• Strong background in capital markets and securities, including public and private offerings.
• Experience in Exchange Act reporting and advising on corporate governance.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership and good standing with a State Bar in the United States.
• Admission to the New York State Bar is required.
