Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal counsel on various tax matters, including partnership tax issues, operating agreements, and M&A transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate tax-related documents and agreements, ensuring compliance with federal and state tax laws.
  • Advise clients on tax implications of business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
  • Conduct thorough research on tax laws, regulations, and case law to support legal strategies and client recommendations.
  • Collaborate with clients, accountants, and other legal professionals to develop and implement tax-efficient strategies.
