Associate Family Law Attorney (Part-Time/Full-Time)

Duties:

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and decision-making
• Lead initial consultations with clients to assess their legal needs
• Appear in court on behalf of clients for hearings and trials
• Manage cases from start to finish, working closely with clients and support staff
• Coordinate and lead a case team to ensure efficient progress
• Prepare cases for trial and handle all aspects of trial preparation

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Utah, in good standing
• Proven experience in family law and litigation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Familiar with standard legal software and tools

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Utah State Bar license
