  • Client Advisory & Strategy:
    • Advise clients on the legal aspects of real estate transactions, land use issues, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
    • Develop strategies to ensure the successful completion of projects, from acquisition through development and financing.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify and resolve legal challenges.
    • Communicate complex legal issues and solutions clearly to clients, ensuring their understanding and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • 4-7 years of experience in land use, real estate transactions, and commercial real estate law.
    • Experience with winery and vineyard development, acquisitions, and financing is highly preferred.
    • A strong background in title review and land use regulations is essential.
  • Skills:
    • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in simple terms.

Education
