Location:

Duties:

• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support issues
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on family law matters
• Appear in court and advocate on behalf of clients in hearings and trials
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
• Manage and prioritize a full caseload independently
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely updates on case progress

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law
• Ability to manage cases independently and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to represent clients in court and negotiate settlements

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar
