The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering or computer science, with a focus on cutting-edge technologies such as wireless communication and 5G/6G standards.

Duties:

  • Provide technical expertise and support to attorneys in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications.
  • Assist in drafting technical documents, claims, and patent specifications related to electrical engineering and software.
  • Conduct thorough prior art searches and analyses to support patentability assessments.
  • Work closely with legal teams to strategize on complex patent litigation matters.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and technical experts to gather and clarify technical information.
  • Stay updated on advancements in electrical engineering, software, and related technologies to provide relevant input on case strategies.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
