Duties

• Manage personal injury litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests.
• Conduct and defend depositions.

• Draft and argue pre-trial motions, including motions in limine.
• Represent clients in all stages of litigation, including court appearances and settlement negotiations.
• Work collaboratively within a results-driven, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to independently handle all aspects of litigation.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and outcome-focused legal setting.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in California (CA Bar required).
