Duties:

  • Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes creatively and effectively.
  • Take on courtroom duties, including motion practice, hearings, and trials, with a confident and tenacious approach.
  • Maintain a personal caseload while working collaboratively with senior attorneys and support staff.

  • Participate in continuing legal education (CLE) programs to stay current on developments in family law.
  • Utilize legal technology for case management, billing, and client communications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of litigation experience, ideally in family law (more experienced attorneys are welcome to apply).
  • Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills.
  • Compassionate, empathetic approach to client counseling and case management.
  • Ability to independently manage a docket of cases while also thriving in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a creative and tactical approach to settlement discussions.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
