Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar license in California and in good standing.
  • 2+ years of experience in employment law case evaluation or related legal experience.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate evidence and legal claims.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and communicating findings.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
