Family Law Attorney

A law firm seeks an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its team in Lemoyne, PA. This position offers a secure foundation for a seasoned attorney while providing opportunities for growth. Duties:

• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support cases.
• Manage and resolve a variety of family law cases effectively.
• Draft and review legal documents such as petitions, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct negotiations and advocate on behalf of clients in court proceedings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance case strategies and outcomes.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in family law.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload with attention to detail and client needs.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Bar license.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
