Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in securities litigation or a related field.

  • Experience handling securities-related disputes and investigations or managing enforcement actions initiated by federal or state agencies.

  • Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.

  • Ability to effectively collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the New York or California State Bar.
