  • Collaborate closely with clients to offer guidance on collective bargaining and contract grievances.
  • Address matters involving discrimination, retaliation, misconduct, and other employment-related issues.
  • Stay updated on relevant legal developments and provide training to clients as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in labor and employment litigation, focusing on public agency matters.
  • Proven trial experience with strong oral advocacy skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
