The ideal candidate will have significant first-chair trial experience in personal injury law and the ability to manage complex cases involving corporate defendants, expert witnesses, and medical experts. Duties:

• Lead plaintiff personal injury cases as a first-chair trial attorney
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including depositions of corporate defendants, liability and damage experts, and medical experts
• Develop and implement case strategies to maximize outcomes
• Work closely with other experienced litigators in a collaborative environment
• Participate in trial teams on large, high-value cases within the firm
• Ensure that all legal procedures and firm guidelines are followed to ensure client success

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in plaintiff personal injury trial law
• Proven success as first chair in complex litigation cases
• Strong deposition experience involving corporate defendants and expert witnesses
• Ability to handle a high volume of cases with precision and attention to detail
• Strong leadership and organizational skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the Texas State Bar

Skills:

• Exceptional litigation skills, including trial preparation and courtroom presentation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and legal research abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of experienced litigators
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple high-value cases
