Location:

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients in the insurance defense practice area
• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed analysis on case law, statutes, and regulations
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in various legal matters, including litigation
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and planning
• Manage a caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in legal research, analysis, and litigation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership with the Pennsylvania Bar Association

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
