A well-established law firm in Blandon, PA, is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in civil litigation with a proven track record in jury trials in both state and federal courts. Duties:

• Lead and manage civil litigation cases from inception through trial, including discovery, motions, settlement negotiations, and trials.
• Handle substantial jury trials, with experience in both state and federal courts.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients involved in complex civil litigation matters.
• Supervise, mentor, and manage junior attorneys and support staff.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on large-scale, multi-jurisdictional litigation.
• Maintain high levels of client communication and satisfaction.
• Stay current with legal trends, case law, and legislative developments in civil litigation.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in civil litigation, including experience in jury trials in both state and federal courts.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing junior attorneys.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
