Duties:

• Represent clients at virtual court conferences, arbitration hearings, and trials
• Argue the merits of motions and cases, demonstrating strong legal acumen
• Prepare comprehensive case materials and documentation for upcoming legal proceedings
• Negotiate settlements effectively, ensuring the best interests of clients are met
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to build case strategies and drive successful outcomes
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant No-Fault laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Admission to the New York State Bar
• Proven experience in No-Fault collections or related fields of litigation
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated capability in negotiating and advocating on behalf of clients

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
