Duties:

  • Prepare for and conduct depositions, witness interviews, and consultations with clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation or related fields.

  • Proven experience in courtroom appearances, depositions, and negotiations.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with exceptional organizational skills.
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach to achieving client and organizational goals.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Florida Bar.
