Attorney needed for St. Cloud office

Duties:

• Handle litigation cases in insurance defense, including medical malpractice, employment defense, and automobile defense
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and related legal documents
• Represent clients in court hearings and collaborate with the litigation team
• Provide counsel on various defense strategies

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of litigation experience
• Expertise in or interest in insurance defense areas such as medical malpractice, employment, and automobile defense
• Strong writing, drafting, and teamwork skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Minnesota Bar

Skills:

• Proficiency in litigation and case management
• Strong communication and drafting abilities
• Detail-oriented with an aptitude for collaborative work
