Duties:

  • 5+ years of experience practicing law, focusing on commercial finance and real estate.
  • Proven track record in handling real estate financing transactions from inception to closing.
  • Experience in negotiating and drafting complex legal documents related to real estate.

Certifications:

  • Membership in relevant professional associations such as the American Bar Association (ABA) or state-specific real estate bar associations preferred.
