Duties:

• Represent clients in family law matters such as divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
• Conduct legal research and stay current on changes in family law
• Attend court hearings and trials, advocating for clients in family law cases
• Provide expert legal advice and support to clients throughout their cases
• Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure efficient case management and client support

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• 2-7 years of experience in family law litigation
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple cases, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
• A commitment to delivering high-quality legal representation to clients

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership and good standing with the state bar
