  • Represent clients in real estate transactions and related matters.

  • Contribute to the development of legal tools and offerings.

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate law, including lease review, tax appeals, and real estate transactions (both commercial and residential).
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in building the firm's real estate practice.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in document drafting and legal research.
  • Familiarity with electronic record keeping and paperless legal practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
