This non-litigation position involves providing employment support in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, as well as advising diverse employers on managing employment relationships effectively. Location:

Duties:

  • Provide employment advice and counsel during mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
  • Advise employers across industries on compliance, employee relations, and various aspects of employment relationships.
  • Collaborate with corporate teams to address employment concerns in transactional contexts.
  • Safeguard sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information related to client matters and internal processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of broad-based employment counseling experience, ideally with a focus on transactional employment matters.
  • Proficiency in employment laws and regulations relevant to corporate transactions and employer compliance.
  • Strong ability to offer strategic advice on complex employment issues in a corporate setting.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Bar membership in the applicable jurisdiction or eligibility for timely admission in alignment with the office location.

Skills:
