Healthcare Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Healthcare Attorney for their office in Irvine, CA.

Job Overview:

The Healthcare Attorney will provide legal counsel and representation to healthcare clients. The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of quality healthcare experience, with a preference for healthcare compliance expertise. Admission to practice law in California and/or Arizona is ideal, although admission in other states may be considered.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on healthcare-related matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
• Represent clients in healthcare litigation and dispute resolution.
• Stay abreast of healthcare laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare law.
• Preferred experience in healthcare compliance.
• Admission to practice law in California and/or Arizona (admission in other states may be considered).

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of California and/or Arizona.
