The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling all aspects of case management, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation.

Job Details:

• Handle motion practice, including drafting and arguing motions.
• Conduct discovery, both offensive and defensive, as part of complex litigation cases.
• Write and prepare briefs for litigation matters.
• Prepare company witnesses for depositions and participate in depositions.
• Attend court appearances and interact with clients.
• Led trial preparation and contributed to trial proceedings.
• Handle all aspects of case handling, including offensive and defensive discovery work.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in complex litigation, with a focus on automotive-related product liability and class action cases.
• Admission to practice in California is required.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
