Job Overview:

A leading law firm is seeking a driven and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney for its Phoenix office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, excellent trial experience, and a proven ability to manage and litigate cases. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure they receive the best care and legal representation, from initial consultation to trial, if necessary. The attorney will handle all phases of litigation, including client communication, case evaluation, and negotiations with insurance companies, to secure favorable outcomes.

Duties:

• Meet with clients to discuss case details and establish trust
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns
• Manage communication with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and offers
• Prepare cases for trial, including gathering evidence and presenting arguments
• Represent clients in court, including first-chair trial responsibilities if required
• Collaborate with legal teams and other professionals to deliver optimal results

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• 6+ years of litigation experience, including first-chair trial experience
• An active member of the Arizona Bar, in good standing
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
• Strong ability to evaluate and negotiate personal injury claims
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• An active member of the Arizona Bar, in good standing

Skills:

• Litigation and trial experience (first chair)
• Strong negotiation and client management skills
• Exceptional communication (both verbal and written)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
