Duties:

• Review and summarize medical records for legal case preparation.
• Draft and file motions and legal documents.
• Attend court hearings and advocate on behalf of clients.
• Prepare clients for depositions and participate in depositions.
• Draft comprehensive reports at various stages of the litigation process.
• Respond to discovery requests and draft related motions.
• Make regular court appearances to represent clients.
• Conduct and defend depositions of both fact witnesses and expert witnesses.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee.
• Minimum 3-10 years of experience in General Liability defense.
• Ability to handle complex legal matters effectively.
• Proven experience in drafting motions for summary judgments.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Tennessee State Bar admission.
