Duties:

• Assist in the structuring and negotiation of mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
• Provide legal counsel on corporate governance and general corporate matters
• Support financings and related transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate various business agreements
• Conduct legal research and prepare written analyses
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex transactions
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in transactional business law, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, and corporate governance
• Admission to a state bar
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
