A law firm in Beverly Hills, CA, is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Trial Attorney with at least 3 years of relevant experience, including trial experience. The ideal candidate must be admitted to the California Bar and will have the opportunity to work in both in-person and remote arrangements. Duties:

  • Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on civil litigation issues
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests
  • Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial testimony
  • Negotiate settlements and participate in settlement conferences

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably with trial experience
  • Admission to the California Bar
  • Strong oral advocacy and courtroom presentation skills
  • Excellent written communication and legal drafting abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the California State Bar

Skills:

  • Proficiency in legal research tools and resources
  • Knowledge of civil procedure and evidence rules
  • Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective strategies
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
