Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking a talented and motivated Attorney to join its team in Philadelphia, PA. This position involves managing a large caseload, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and providing innovative legal solutions in a fast-paced environment. Duties:

  • Manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Draft and review legal pleadings to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations (local, state, federal).
  • Attend hearings, status conferences, and legal proceedings.
  • Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members to provide effective solutions.
  • Offer creative and strategic legal counsel to mitigate client risks and address complex legal challenges.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar; admission to the New Jersey Bar is a plus.
  • A strong desire to grow professionally and contribute to a dynamic legal team.
  • Previous experience in bankruptcy, foreclosure, title, and/or mortgage banking is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases efficiently.

Education:

  • Doctoral degree in Law (Juris Doctor, JD) is required.

Certifications:

  • Member in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar.
  • Admission to New Jersey Bar (preferred but not required).

Skills:

  • Strong legal writing and research abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
  • Ability to manage complex cases and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of foreclosure, bankruptcy, and real estate law is a plus.
