A law firm in Missoula, MT, seeks an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate should have 2-8 years of experience and a strong focus on transactional work in the commercial real estate sector. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and financing.

Duties:

  • Handle all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions, including title reviews, environmental assessments, and zoning compliance.
  • Advise clients on real estate laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
  • Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions to ensure smooth and timely closings.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Montana in good standing.
  • 2-8 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate law.
  • Proven experience with transactional work in the commercial real estate sector.

Education and Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Montana.
