  • Negotiate settlements and secure authority for case progression

  • Prepare cases for trial as necessary

  • Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure efficient case handling

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience in workers' compensation or insurance defense (preferred)

  • Licensed to practice law in South Carolina

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with database management systems is a plus

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and maintain effective communication
