This role is ideal for an individual with approximately 5 years of experience in the field of health law, specifically with a focus on technology, data privacy, and security. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting both legal and non-legal teams, offering advice on state and federal privacy laws, data protection, and incident response while collaborating in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Duties:

  • Provide expert counsel on state and federal privacy regulations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
  • Advise on data protection strategies, including management, security, and mapping of data flows.
  • Draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts with a focus on privacy and security considerations.
