Mid-Level Associate Attorney needed for Boston office

Duties:

• Lead fundamental aspects of transactions, from due diligence to closing.
• Collaborate closely with deal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Conduct legal research and analysis pertinent to finance transactions.
• Draft and review legal documents, including agreements and contracts.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on finance-related matters.
• Participate in negotiations and discussions with counterparties.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in complex finance transactions.
• Strong understanding of sponsor-backed leveraged finance.
• Experience representing borrowers, lenders, or agents in various finance transactions.
• Must be licensed to practice law in MA and be in good standing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
