Key Duties:

• Represent the firm in hearings, trials, pre-trials, mediations, and other court-related matters in designated counties.
• Handle a high caseload and meet stringent deadlines while ensuring quality legal service.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
• Communicate with opposing counsel, court personnel, and other involved parties as required.
• Maintained case files, prepared the necessary documentation, and tracked case progress.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
• Preferably 2+ years of experience in court appearances, including hearings and trials.
• Proven ability to manage a high caseload and work independently.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with legal software and word processing tools.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Texas Bar license (required).
