Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and litigate a diverse caseload from inception through resolution.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed legal documents, including briefs, motions, and pleadings.
  • Represent clients in court, including making arguments, presenting evidence, and cross-examining witnesses.
  • Develop and execute case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys and clients.
  • Analyze complex legal issues and provide sound legal advice to clients.
  • Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in litigation.
