This position is perfect for mid-level associates with a strong background in structured finance who are eager to engage in warehouse and repurchase facility transactions related to private equity and sponsor M&A activities. The ideal candidate will contribute to innovative structural setups, enhancing funding solutions for clients.

Duties

• Collaborate on warehouse and repurchase facility transactions, focusing on private equity and sponsor M&A.
• Design and implement novel structures, including forward flow agreements, structured facilities, insurance-wrapped products, rated note feeders, and funding platforms.
• Analyze complex financial arrangements and provide strategic legal guidance to clients.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Engage in negotiations and prepare detailed legal documentation to support financial transactions.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet their unique financial needs.
• Stay informed about market trends and regulatory changes impacting structured finance and related transactions.

Requirements

• Mid-level associate with a solid foundation in structured finance.
• Demonstrated experience in handling transactions related to warehouse and repurchase facilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
