A law firm in White Plains is seeking a skilled Junior to Mid-Level Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience in real estate lending. The ideal candidate will have commercial lending experience and the ability to review organizational documents and coordinate closing sets.

Job Overview: The Junior to Mid-Level Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling real estate finance matters, including commercial lending and asset-based lending. The role involves reviewing organizational documents, conducting due diligence, and coordinating closing sets.

Duties:

• Handle real estate finance matters, including commercial lending and asset-based lending.
• Review and organize organizational documents.
• Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions.
• Review title and survey matters.
• Coordinate closing sets as needed.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• 2-4 years of experience in real estate lending.
• Experience with commercial lending.
• Knowledge of hedge funds and private equity fund lending is a plus.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar in good standing.
