This role involves managing cases from start to finish, ensuring clients receive the best care and legal representation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of litigation and trial experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build trust with clients.

Duties:

• Meet with clients to discuss case details, showing empathy and professionalism.
• Provide updates to clients regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers.
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies.
• Evaluate claims and determine case strategies.
• Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court as needed.
• Collaborate with the legal team and other professionals to drive results.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 6+ years of litigation experience.
• Proven first-chair trial experience.
• Must be a member in good standing of the South Carolina Bar.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are an advantage.

Education:
