This role involves working with a range of clients, including banks and private credit funds, on loans to technology, life sciences, and middle-market companies. Duties:

• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, legal professionals, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
• Produce high-quality deliverables while handling correspondence and managing phone inquiries efficiently.
• Meet deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain positive professional relationships and comply with firm policies.
• Perform physical and sedentary activities, such as extended computer work, virtual conference calls, and meetings as needed.
• Work under pressure, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Additional duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in commercial finance.
• Experience representing banks or private credit funds, particularly in the technology, life sciences, and middle-market sectors.
• Admitted to practice law in New York.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar is mandatory.
