Duties

• Represent clients in civil and criminal trials, hearings, and legal proceedings.
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Handle case management, including client communication and coordination.
• Develop case strategies and manage client expectations.
• Provide high-quality legal counsel and advocate effectively in court.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in general civil and criminal litigation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex cases.
• General knowledge of Windows 95, 98, NT computer programs.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to maintain professionalism in client interactions.
• Former prosecutors and police officers are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Multi-language fluency is preferred and will be rewarded with higher starting salaries.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state.

Skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
